Located 97km North of Melbourne, Seymour is nestled in a picturesque valley at the base of the
Tallarook ranges on the banks of the Goulburn River. The plant began operation in 1998 servicing
both export and domestic markets. It employs approximately 120 people operating a slaughter floor
and boning room processing various grades of bovine products. The slaughter floor and new age boning room have a capacity
of approximately 400 head of cattle per shift. All products offered are packed as per 'Halal' requirements.
The plant also offers a contract kill and bone service.
